We have recently penned a paper that discusses the relationship that Member based association should be (rather than are) having with the internet.

Obviously I am something of a web advocate, so am perhaps a little biased. Writing this paper however has helped me clearly document a strategic view of the web as it can be used by Associations (as opposed to my usual soap box style enthusiasm).
